“Fantastic afternoon. Just my daughter and me for a very fun, educational cooking experience with Max. He showed us around the amazing seafood market, taught us some interesting Venice history and helped us select the seafood we would cook, At his home we picked fresh herbs and bay leaves from a giant bay leaf tree. We made focaccia and handmade fresh pasta, which we used in a delicious prawn and citrus seared tuna dish.
