“It was ok. The host was nice but looked tired and unenthusiastic. A little hard to understand at time and did not answer our questions about bars to recommend. When we have had city tours before, it is nice to have someone fun and enthusiastic and engaging. Expensive for the average experience.”

“We couldn’t have been more lucky to have Riccardo as our guide for this wonderful tour of 2 wineries - one specialising in Soave and the second in Amarone. Riccardo is very knowledgeable about wine and has built great relationships with wine making families who produce beautiful wines and welcome guests with warmth and great hospitality. Each tasting is accompanied by a tour of the winery and an explanation of the processes involved. Riccardo also took us on a lovely walking tour of Verona. Thank you Riccardo for a perfect day.”

“Mario, our tour guide, was the best. He is a Master Sommelier in Italian wines. He is so knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge freely. My wife and I enjoyed the drive to the winery. Great winery with excellent wines. The owner of the winery was very nice and he answered all our questions as well. Mario then took us to a lovely local restaurant. The food was excellent, the pasta is made fresh at restaurant. So easy to talk to get along with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Mario. He was on time, with a greeting sign. He made it all very easy. Beautiful day!”

While in Verona, our tour guide, Priscilla, took us for a two hour walking tour of Verona. She was very knowledgeable also knew Verona"s history and art and answered all of our questions. Both these young ladies are an asset to their company, Veronality.”

“As the agency brought together different groups, we had to leave Venice early, pick up a group in Verona, and then return to Verona at the end of the day. Despite the complimentary Spritz, the logistics were exhausting. Not to mention that we had little time to enjoy the drink—the second drink we were offered as compensation for the boat tour that was canceled due to bad weather (rain and strong wind) couldn't be drunk because we had to return to Venice.”

“This private tour was one of the highlights of my visit to Italy. Everything was well organized. The tour operator from Keys of Italy kept me informed about the details of my trip from Venice to Verona, gave me the choice of departure times for the trip back, and promptly sent me the train tickets. The guide, Claudia, met me on the train station in Verona, took me on the taxi to the downtown, and for the next 3-4 hours gave me the in-depth walking tour around town, speaking about Italian history, culture and art.
